• At the end of the M5 continue onto the A38
• Take the left hand lane, A380, signposted Torquay
• Ascend Telegraph Hill
• Follow this road until reaching the traffic lights at Penn Inn Roundabout
• Cross over the roundabout
• Continue on the A380, signposted Torquay
• At Kerswell Gardens roundabout continue on to Riviera Way, A3022, signposted Torquay
• Continue following road signs for Torquay
• At the traffic light outside Torre Station (Halfords) Bear right
• Follow this road, passing an Esso garage on the left
• Continue throught the next set of traffice lights passing a school on the right.
• At the next set of traffic lights go straight on passing Torre Abbey on the left
• At the next set of traffic lights you will be facing the sea, turn right towards Paignton
• Go through the next set of lights by the Grand Hotel
• Corbyn Lodge will be found on the right just after the turning for Seaway Lane.

• The nearest station is Torquay station which is only a few minutes easy walk from Corbyn Lodge.
• On exiting the station proceed towards the Grand Hotel
• Turn right in front of the hotel and follow the pavement in front of it
• Cross over Seaway Lane, the entrance to Corbyn Lodge will be found a few yards further along on the right
